Being member of the Inditex account management team, based at the headquarters of a large retailer Spain, you will be responsible for coordination the projects / programs across region.

Reporting to the Global Account Director will support him in detecting business opportunities and develop services for the client. RESPONSABILITIES

  • Work with the Global Account Director to define the strategy for the different product / service lines : Identification of client requirements / needs, competitive benchmarking and market analysis, definition of the client value proposition and the solution portfolio (product / service) and pricing proposal
  • Develop consultive sales with many client stakeholders
  • Program Managers Project Manager responsible of the design, execution and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPis to monitor the operations globally
  • Prepare monthly forecast for the different business lines
  • Coach / Train Tyco subsidiaries / BP in project / account management practices related to Inditex
  • Serving a primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex.
  • Design of the roll out / deployment of solution plans engaging regional sales / operational teams, TSP at global / regional level and Tyco tech support centers with the objective of providing a standard global solution
  • Coach / Train Tyco subsidiaries / BP in project / account management practices related to Inditex
  • Strength collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC
  • Definition and implementation of KPIs and operative control processes / workflows in order to ensure the fulfillment of the global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and BPs worldwide (contract management control)
  • Prepare presentation / report for Tyco directors / Executives and the Inditex Security Director

    starter Customer Orientation Analytical mind and problem solving attitude Ability to work in Matrix Organization High level of integrity Ability to engage with all different department of the client at different level, subsidiaries, and franchisees , identifying their different purchasing decision making process and interests.
