This position is a member of the SAP Basis team within ERP - Architecture and Infrastructure Services. The Principal SAP Basis Engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of enhancing, updating and deploying critical changes, design new solutions and create procedures in the SAP area.
This role updates the SAP software configurations, integrations and upgrades, as required by the business. You will support ERP application team with their new and changing requirements, projects and act as second level for the ongoing operational activities done by the outsource team

Successfully leads global projects / initiatives impacting any and all Pharma Informatics functions and regions; able to represent Pharma Informatics to partners (e.

12-15 years of work experience in IT industry
BS in Computer Science or related field / degree - advanced degree a plus

g., ITIL and COBIT), and process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping and disconnect analysis)
Expertise covering many IT processes with expert / deep knowledge of some
Experience mentoring / coaching staff and others who wish to develop skills
Knowledge and experience in Project Management and Organizational Change Management
