A position as a Technical Global Support Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Madrid. The successful applicant will join TASA department.

Tareas y Misiones principales - Responsabilidades

  • Ensure the correct scope / definition and technical proposal of the Global Support Step 2 bid.
  • Understanding and assessing a client's commercial and technical circumstances, their needs, objectives, priorities and constraints.
  • Capability to reduce them to simpler terms and to create presentation material to be presented clearly and effectively to different stakeholders and clients.
  • Generation of contractual documentation (Statement of Requirements, Business Requirements Dossier, Value for Money Dossiers, Request for proposal Responses, Top Management Reports ).
  • Analyzing / mapping processes : gathering relevant information, interpreting and evaluating it, in order to make assessments and to leverage improvement (New KPIs, Risk Management Plan defined for Engineering department).
  • Continuous Improvement oriented, finding waste to eliminate and automating routine jobs. (new WoW, VBA Tools ).
  • Integration of all Statement of Works and secure alignment with the Statement of Requirements.
  • Coordination of the different actors and workstreams, following up tasks, ensuring deliverables quality and milestones due date.
  • Lead technical contract negotiations with the customer.
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

    Habilidades requeridas

    We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience :

  • Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
  • Experience in
  • oEngineering (3 to 5 years).

    oQuality (3 to 5 years).

    oSales / Marketing / Procurement (3 to 5 years).

    oBusiness / Affairs management (3 to 5 years).

    oGeneral management (3 to 5 years).

    oProject management (3 to 5 years).

  • Advanced level in English.
  • Advanced level in Spanish.
