Descripción de la oferta

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors in Iberia, he or she would be responsible for managing, protecting and enhancing reputation Company and Corporate image both internally and externally.

This role will develop a communications strategy which services internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsabilities :

  • Definition & implementation of the Corporate Communications Strategy (internal and external) and roadmap for the Company with the objective of continue driving employee engagement while boosting our Corporate image and reputation externally in the market.
  • Definition of Corporate Digital Media strategy (covering Digital Crisis Management).
  • Ensuring very close Business Partnering and Engagement with the overall business and client groups / departments to drive the corporate communications agenda and coordinating / assisting / advising these departments in the annual communication roadmap of their key functional highlights, projects or achievements.
  • In conjunction with relevant stakeholders hold regular content workshops across the business to develop content, stories and messages which can be used for external or internal communications purposes.
  • Public and press relations : strategy definition, yearly planning and implementation of the actions (press events, press sheets, opinion leaders network activation).
  • Coordinates the product related actions and supports the Business Unit leaders in their development / implementation.
  • Corporate events organization in coordination with relevant partners (both internal and external); negotiates the global budget per event, leads all steps from brief to post event evaluation.
  • Responsible of social media (Facebook, etc), media relations, manages its own network, and facilitates contact for Company’s leaders.
  • Ensures proactive contact with the different medias threw regular contacts

  • Management of PR agencies and preferred suppliers.
  • Analysis the quantitative and qualitative outputs of its actions and proposes improvement actions
  • Requirements :

  • Strong leadership , with high relationship and communication skills. A proactive person, dynamic and able to work under pressure in a demanding market.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills with a close attention to detail. Analytical and with Ability to be decisive .

  • Fluent in English as a must. High level of writing & reading ability.
  • Degree level, with Public Relations / Communications and or media specialty.
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in local PR department, high experience with social media in a multinational company or at agency side , with Strong (direct) media relations experience.
