    All of Hotelbeds Group business units play an important role in reshaping travel across a diverse range of market segments.

    The Bedbank business unit is leading Hotelbeds Group charge to reshape travel. It contracts, connects and efficiently distributes a differentiated portfolio of +100,000 hotels to leading travel trade industry partners including online travel agencies (OTAs), retail agencies, tour operators and airlines.

    Our main Bedbank brands include Hotelbeds, Bedsonline, Hotelopia, Travel Partner Brasil, Room & Go, JBS and Easymarket.This position sits within our Bedbank unit.

    JOB DESCRIPTION :

    This role reports directly and functionally to the Suppliers Integrations Optimization Manager.

    A Yield Manager is focused in to ensure the accomplishment and follow up of the regional targets in terms of maintain and improve the contracting conditions and maximize the profit.

    Special conditions :

  • Loading tasks of each connectivity. Knowledge of the external business rules in order to adapt our set up and system. Depending on the external supplier the conditions are very different.
  • Ex : Processes, connectivity set up, product type, incidents, etc.)

  • Supporting and coordinating with all areas in the company when configuring connectivities. (Ex : Distribution, SRC, IT, GFSC, Product, etc.)
  • Strong dependence on the IT limitations, improvements and tools.
  • Being involved in different projects in the company. (Zero Errors, GVCC, MDM, Vacation Rentals, etc.)
  • Main Responsibilities :

  • Configuration and maintenance of the existing and new hotel product integrated to put them on sale as soon as possible for our client’s distribution.
  • To optimize and capitalize the integrated product with the objective of growing the business and giving the less level or errors to our clients, ensuring that the information held in our systems is up to date and accurate.
  • Checking if all the control points from an integration setup are correct. Assuring by daily monitoring that selected differentiated product reaches the maximum results.

  • Solving incidences and giving support to other company areas with regards to connectivity product / bookings finding out the problem and providing solutions, this may require coordination / assistance with external supplier.
  • Day-to-day commercial communication with internal clients by telephone and e-mail to assist with the development of our business, this may include occasional support in commercial meetings with our external platforms (Ex : Hilton, Accor, Starwood, Best Western, etc) in order to achieve the predefined targets.
  • Reporting & Analysis.
  • Preparation of several reports extracted from internal tools (Atlas, Atlas Reports, SI Manager, Jenkins, FTP, JMeter ) to identify possible weak spots in the contracted conditions or configuration in order to be improved.
  • Being involved in different projects in the company providing our experience, giving guidelines, suggestions and testing the improvements to guarantee / achieve the project targets.
  • Zero Errors, GVCC, MDM, Vacation Rentals, etc.)

  • Weekly reporting to Suppliers Integrations Optimization Manager on actions taken and results to assure we are working aligned with targets.
  • Experience :

    1-3 years experience in a position with similar experience (commercial, receptionist )

    Knowledge :

  • MS Office : Advanced level
  • SI Manager : advanced level
  • Atlas : Medium level
  • Accelerate : low level
  • XML language : low level
  • SRM : low level
