As a member of the Analytics team at Sizmek, you will collaborate across functions to drive success for our clients.

This will include using our our optimization platform (DSP) to monitor campaigns, introducing interventions to boost model learning and improve campaign performance.

The role requires an individual that is passionate about technology but yet, has a commercial mindset that understands client strategic objectives.

They will have to deliver actionable insights presentations to both clients and internal teams.

We're looking for an experienced analyst to join our team based in Madrid.


  • Own campaign performance, pacing and recommend opportunities for optimization (managed & self serve clients)
  • Analyze network performance on the DSP to understand value provided by publishers and data providers.
  • Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance.
  • Communicate campaign optimization results to clients to prove value against original business goals.
  • Work with Clients to understand key business challenges and design strategic frameworks that derive actionable solutions
  • Consult with clients regarding development & alignment of marketing programs across on-line channels.
  • Extract & manipulate campaign data using SQL to provide actionable insights to clients

  • Substential client facing experience in consultant, finance, or analytics role
  • BA or BS in Business, Economics, Statistics or field of study with a strong quantitative or technical component.
  • Excellent analytical skills complete ease with Excel, Pivot Tables and SQL
  • Strong communication & presentation skills with PowerPoint
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Tableau, Python, R or other programming languages a plus
  • Native Spanish speaker & very good English
