HP Inc. is the largest technology solutions provider in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and worldwide. Office Printing Solutions (OPS) EMEA is responsible for HP's printing portfolio for SMB and Enterprise customers.
In this position you will be part of the EMEA category marketing team, reporting to the EMEA A3 / Contractual Category Director.
Our charter is to manage the P&L of the Hardware and Solutions Business in EMEA across the key metrics of : Revenue, Operating Profit, Market Share, HP Owned Inventory and Channel Inventory.
As the EMEA Solutions Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both Operations and Security software and solutions as key pillar of the OPS solutions strategy for EMEA.
Your main objective will be to develop the right strategy regarding operations and security solutions like a key differentiator for the HP Office Printing Services.
Within this responsibility, also you will be responsible to align the World Wide and EMEA strategy and Route to market. This position will also lead the solutions strategy across the 7 sub regions for EMEA as well as coordinate the agreements across all countries.
Other responsibilities that you will have are :
Create and develop the value prop for operations and security.
Manage the portfolio solutions.
Develop a growth strategy focused on partner requests / market trends / customer demand.
Position our security and operations solutions as key differentiator for our office printing business.
Global view across offering for pricing and product / offering positioning.
Lead the EMEA Go to market plan.
Vertical go-to-market strategy definition for security and operations solutions.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Engage and work together with HP sales and technical areas.We are looking for an innovative and creative mind that is capable to think out of the box and build an innovative solutions approach across EMEA.
Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Engineering or IT related
5+ years business development
5+ years experience in project management
5+ years experience in the solutions business (preferred experience in solutions close to Printing industry)
5+ years experience in the commercial market
Experience in Marketing
Experience in preparing and delivering training in English language to different audiences (sales, marketing, etc.), across different cultures
Experience in Business Analysis and Competitive Analysis, preferably in the EMEA solutions / printing market Client / customer relationship :
Maintains excellent communications with customer / partner executive management across the Region.
Represents HP as solutions expert with customers / partners; shares knowledge in area of expertise and links to related technology areas.
Advances opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques. Knowledge and Skills Required
Experience on document SW and Solutions
Familiar with EMEA Enterprise, Commercial and SMB Markets
