Job Summary :
oBecome a subject matter expert as required on the tool and / or various aspects
oAvailable as back up or additional support in the following situations for escalations and to assist with issues / troubleshooting or coordinating with CIO OR in special circumstances when GU Support team members are out on PTO / Holiday or outside GU Support contact working hours, during transition time periods and peak times
oAttends in recurring / weekly calls and participates as necessary to help clarify responses, or provide subject matter expertise on adhoc tool questions or process questions as requested
oHelp coach GU Support team members as needed on technical areas (Tool set up or CIO topics, for example)
e. work with contacts regarding benefits / performance / etc. questions)
