    Job Summary :

  • Contribute to overall Implementation Effort for Total Rewards tool roll-outs and process refinements
  • oBecome a subject matter expert as required on the tool and / or various aspects

  • Establish Relationships with GU Service Delivery Reward Teams, HR Shared Service Center Teams, Total Rewards Discipline Teams, CIO Delivery and Operations Teams and Vendor Delivery Teams;
  • Help create / maintain User Acceptance Test Materials; Execute UAT Test Scripts; Held lead UAT Effort
  • Provide regular support to the Tool users while coordinating with the GU Total Rewards Partners and the GU Support team members in a manner that it seamless to the impacted users
  • oAvailable as back up or additional support in the following situations for escalations and to assist with issues / troubleshooting or coordinating with CIO OR in special circumstances when GU Support team members are out on PTO / Holiday or outside GU Support contact working hours, during transition time periods and peak times

    oAttends in recurring / weekly calls and participates as necessary to help clarify responses, or provide subject matter expertise on adhoc tool questions or process questions as requested

    oHelp coach GU Support team members as needed on technical areas (Tool set up or CIO topics, for example)

  • Provide additional support for adhoc tasks including tasks that impact the particular TR phase across countries globally and for tasks that pertain to Total Rewards but move beyond the tool / administration (i.
  • e. work with contacts regarding benefits / performance / etc. questions)

  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones
