Role Summary :

Fleet Reliability Operations (FRO) is the technical solution provider, maximizing the performance of our wind turbines.

Your role will be responsible to optimize the interaction of all functions to assure low costs of non-quality for the business including creating and driving all initiatives to reduce related impacts and costs.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Owns COQ reduction target for the business
  • Project manage the CoQ reduction program : drive & monitor the development, implementation, penetration.
  • Drive correct and detail CoQ tracking (FSA, Transactional, Warranty)
  • Be responsible for setting up cross-functional teams to drive cost of quality reduction
  • Act as a glue service team and FRO : drive COQ action to conclusion.
  • Develop and implement quality process / procedure that translate RCA conclusion in process improvement and manage communication plan to reduce future COQ
  • Define digital needs / tools for COQ tracking and operational improvements definition.
  • Involve stakeholder and develop strategy based on stakeholders needs
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Multiple years of technical experience, of which strong experience in service / engineering of wind turbines or
  • Multiple years of experience in Program management
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supporters.
  • Customer focus
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Familiar with statistics and six sigma quality concepts.
  • Successful integration in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • EU Work Permit
  • Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country : NIE-

    Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring.

    Desired Characteristics :

  • Six Sigma certified
  • Multiple years of technical experience in controls / SCADA
  • Strong personal interest in latest technology trends in the field of digitization and IT
  • Ability to work effectively across functions
  • and manage in a matrix environment.

  • Strategic mindset and proven analytical skill set.
