Job purpose

One HR Accelerate is the CCEP HR Transformation program that will further enhance the business impact of HR to accelerate business performance.

The program will define and implement the next level HR Operating Model : processes, systems, service delivery model, data model, analytics, HR competencies, HR organizational design, roles, responsibilities and capabilities.

The PMO Manager is accountable for a number of areas including project planning, monitoring of project milestones, overall project financials, action lists, risk identifying / logging and other project documentation

Project Planning

  • Responsible for creating the initial draft of the project plan using MS Project and other tools
  • Engage and align the plan with the PMO Lead, Steerco and key project stakeholders across the CCEP organisation
  • Full responsibility for ensuring accurate maintenance of the project plan throughout the total project life cycle
  • Demonstrate the ability to own and manage the project plan, adapting to changes during the timescale including delays or obstacles
  • Take full ownership for coordinating escalations of issues, delays or obstacles for the project. Understand when to escalate to the PMO lead and Steerco, preparation and timeliness of communication, and then take ownership for adjusting the project plan and further communication post the decisions.
  • Lead the investigation on identified problem areas, route cause and communicate to relevant stakeholder or PMO
  • Project Financials

  • Working closely with the PMO Lead to understand the Project budget, and the detailed breakdown
  • Accountable for the tracking and administration of all project financials and business case
  • Build a close alignment with Finance team
  • Analyse the data to be able to provide real time budget updates on monthly basis
  • Take the lead on managing the tracking of the multiple line documentation, reviewing internal spend, external spend, system licences, user number changes, new head count on the project, cross charging of costs between CCEP cost centres, expenses etc
  • Ensure a deep understanding throughout the total project timelines
  • Communicate inconsistencies identified, risks to the project or areas of concern to the PMO lead in a timely manner
  • Support the input to the scorecard regarding project budget on track or off track and be able to confidently communicate the detail behind this
  • Strong stakeholder influencing to ensure all information is accurate, updated and on budget
  • This role has a level of accountability for the project coming in on budget
  • Risk Log

  • Lead the action list, risk logs and other project administration
  • Communicate to the Stakeholders and PMO management regarding the risk log and action list
  • Confidently adapt communication style to ensure engagement and commitment from different business areas, external stakeholders understanding cultural differences
  • Identify risks to the project and level of impact including budget impact, timeline impact, user experience etc
  • Work with experts to investigate risks, breakdown the details, build a story to communication details, identify actions to take place which will mitigate the risk.
  • Confidently communicate to PMO Lead, Steerco and senior Stakeholders.

  • Organise / coordinate alignment of stakeholders and project team set up and lead regular routines throughout the project life cycle
  • Creates a project source of truth, using tools likes Sharepoint and version management processes
  • On boarding of new project members

  • Understand the new project members role on the project, current level of knowledge and experience and support the on boarding process
  • Appreciate each on boarding process will be unique and adapt the approach to ensure successful on boarding
  • Consider differences for internals, externals, language & cultural differences
  • Have an appreciation for the project timeline and ensure people are engaged and aligned in appropriate time on the project.
  • Profile of the candidate

  • Fluent in English and one other language French / Dutch / Swedish / Norwegian / German / Spanish
  • Experience in (project) administration, MS project and excel
  • Experience of managing a medium to large project, across multiple territories
  • Accurate and able to handle confidential information
  • Understands importance of good project documentation, will actively look to further improve ways of working and administration
