The Senior Manager, Intercultural Training and Talent Development is responsible for managing the program design and training materials for all services provided by the BGRS Intercultural Group.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for training methodology and training materials across all program types including assessment, expatriate training, repatriation and retention / career management, youth training, global competency development, coaching, leadership training, teambuilding and intercultural business training.
This includes ongoing materials upgrades as well as new program and materials development. Provides program design support for new business development and supports new product development for strategic service expansion.
Functions as the program and design specialist to participate in client projects on consultative recommendations for intercultural and talent development solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Ongoing management and upgrades of existing materials Development of new training content to meet client needs and business expansion New product development
skills development, introduction of new materials, improving consistent usage of materials, methodology and program quality Support development and engagement of entire network through initiatives such as training webinars and awards / newsletters Assist with lead generation and qualification process for potential new trainers
