Job Description

You will be part of an international IT End-User Experience team, as such, you will be aiming for a constant improvement of how nexthinkers perceive and make use of the available IT tools and services in all our offices around the globe.

On this role you will be a collaboration tool specialist and you will be mainly focused on enabling, secure, maintain and boost IT collaborative tools and adequate them for every Nexthinker to fit their professional objectives.

You will be an integral part of the decision-making process, your ideas will be welcomed and will be supported in the day-

to-day challenges you may face.

Job Duties :

As part of the IT team, the scope of your work is wide and varied. However the following domains are listed to allow you to get an idea of the type of tasks you will be performing on a day-to-day basis.

  • Enable a secure and effective way of sharing, processing and managing the business information
  • Automation of the Collaborative tools accesses and permissions to every user since their first day
  • Provide Support on the different systems and offices
  • Ease the use of the tools with intuitive implementations and provide guidance & documentation when required
  • Keep coherence and avoid redundancy of the information for the end-user
  • Ease and simplify the access to the information
  • Set and manage efficient communications channels
  • Adapt the collaboration tools to the business needs
  • Maintain an optimal End-User Experience on the collaboration tools
  • Be the first point of contact for some branch offices
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years as Sysadmin.
  • Very good communication skills and team work
  • Office365 / Sharepoint Gobal administrator experience
  • Good knowledge in Windows / MacOS / Linux Administration.
  • Good knowledge in scripting languages.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong motivation / curiosity to learn new things and discover new technologies
  • Very good problem-solving skills and open-mind towards suggestions
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Spoken professional-level English is mandatory. French and / or Spanish is a plus.
  • MCSA : Office 365 is a plus
  • Atlassian suite administration is a plus
  • University degree is a plus
