Own and support strategic projects to improve business operations;Propose definition of the KPIs and measurement of the effectiveness along these indicators.
Proactively suggest areas of improvement supported by robust analysis.Identification and raise dependencies between initiatives.
Gain buy-in from people affected by the changes to be made.Continuous problem-solving throughout the process.Assist teams with operational day to day issues that may improve overall team / company performance.
Presentation of results and continuous development of projects to Transformation Managers, Head of Transformation and Senior Management (with guidelines from Managers and Head of TMO).
Work hand-to-hand with business owners, mostly C-1 Level executives.Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.
2-4 years of experience in a strategic consultancy firm, or in internal consulting / strategy teams at leading multinational company.
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online companies will be highly valued.Strong project management skills.Outstanding analytical skills.
Google toolkit knowledge is a plus.Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality, a problem-solver.Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, outspoken, high energy level.
Business Proficiency in English.
