Pronovias Group, global leader in the luxury bridal industry is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager that will be responsible for creating our Global VM direction for all our sales channels and for all thePronovias Group portfolio.
Main responsibilities :
Partnering with the overall Marketing teams in translating the annual 360º communication campaing themes into Window Creatives and VM guidelines,
Partnering with Retail Operations for roll out and implementation, ensuring a consistent execution globally, while also taking into consideration culttural and business needs of the markets.
Responsible for the global VM budget, leading the VM planning / organization : from prototyping to execution, identifying learings post-
roll-out for continuous improvement of the area.
Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or Marketing and specific training in Visual Merchandising
At least 4 years leading the global visual merchandising strategy in a multinational luxury retailer.
Strong ability to translate and adapt 360º communication strategies into VM
roadmaps across different markets and channels.
Excellent command on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required.
Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a fast paced enviroment.
