10 years professional experience
Demonstrate a very good track record in program leadership preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry. Preferably in Sanofi
Strong experience of programs in complex and international environment.
Strong experience of BPM programs (PEGA, ) or ERP programs
Very good general understanding of Customer Services processes.
Understanding of Good Practices in Pharmaceuticals (GxP)

Professional working proficiency in English (speaking and writing), French would be a plus.
